Celebrating Women's History Month 2026

Celebrating Women's History Month
At Marsh, our colleagues’ diverse experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives create an environment where all of us can be our best for our clients and thrive together. One way we fulfill our commitment to our colleagues is by observing Women’s History Month, recognized in March primarily in the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia. On March 8, we will also honor International Women’s Day; this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. We’re taking this opportunity to highlight our colleagues globally and their contributions towards building our vibrant, inclusive community.
